The Model
Luxury representation.Modern economics.
PROJECT 2017 was created around a simple belief: the quality of your representation should reflect the significance of your property — but the fee structure doesn't have to belong to another era.
The Idea
Your home's value has changed. The model should too.
The traditional percentage-based commission structure was created long before today's technology, digital marketing platforms and interconnected real estate marketplace.
Yet as property values have increased, the cost of selling a home has often increased proportionally — regardless of whether the underlying work has increased at the same rate.
PROJECT 2017 takes a different approach.
Our network connects homeowners with experienced real estate professionals who combine sophisticated marketing and personal service with a modern fee structure designed for today's homeowner.
1%
Listing Fee
$15,000 minimum
One straightforward listing fee under the agreement with the participating brokerage.
No reduction in service.
No reduction in marketing.
No handoff to a call center.
No discount positioning.
Simply experienced representation with a more rational economic model.
The 1% listing fee applies to the seller's representation and is subject to a $15,000 minimum. Buyer-broker compensation, if offered by the seller, is separate, optional and negotiable. All commissions are subject to the applicable listing agreement.
The Economics
The difference can be significant.

Exceptional representation. Sophisticated marketing. A fundamentally different economic model.
Illustration only. The 2.5% traditional listing fee shown is illustrative; real estate commissions are not set by law and are fully negotiable. The listing fee under the participating brokerage's listing agreement is the greater of 1% of the sale price or $15,000.
